African men, you must have no part in this war. Do not put your lives into the hands of United States armed forces to be killed. It is not your responsibility to preserve their democracy. Devoting yourselves to be in the defense of Europe and America is an act of abandoning your nation. You will be given no share of your land nor any possessions and will die for aligning yourselves with their interest. Be sure and have no doubt that I will defend your lives so that you are not destroyed in this war. I will continue to instruct you through my laws to purge you from foreign customs. You will be protected, and America will be judged. America will be desolate, and Europe impoverish. They will be forced into servitude for the slaughter of my people. Judah, you are bind by covenant to enforce my laws. It is your duty to be in my services and not be governed by any nation or people. The power of my laws places you as the supreme ruler on earth under Me. I set you apart from all other people to uphold my laws. Give up on the principles of man completely and direct your attention entirely upon Me. My laws fortifies your nation. If you chose to forsake My laws, you are rejecting Me and disowning your nation.  Deviating from My divine ordinance leaves you to forbear evil principles and practices which marks you as a wicked person. I will reject you and you will be punished with death for choosing to go against Me, and I will secure my people against attack and evil. Know that you will endure this war, remain steadfast. I will direct, educate, advise, and give you the information that is needed to obtain your independence. You will return to your land safely. America will be destroyed, and Europe will not possess anything. They will not obtain the power to resist you and will be given into your hands and be sold into slavery. They will fall under the dominion of Sheba for their great destruction of life, for taking their land and spoiling them completely.  Judah, I will cause you to grow together with Israel and unite the entire nation. Israel shall live in accordance to my laws. Show reverence and obey my command. Know that it is solely your responsibility to manage our municipal affairs and Levi is my priest. No other tribe or people should rule Israel. You are my rulers forever and Levi alone is set apart solely for my sacred use of which he shall be given land among all the tribes. I will consecrate Levi, and he shall purify the land. He is holy unto me and is the keeper of the Ark. He must devote himself entirely unto my temple, he belongs unto Me. I will direct Levi, and he will communicate with you. He is Israel's spiritual guide throughout all generations. Judah, I assigned you with the duties of exercising my laws over the earth. Your Monarchy is my Kingdom on Earth, which places your Sovereignty above all other nations. It is your responsibility to execute judgment according to my official order. You are obligated by Covenant to preside as judge over the world. You are my chief magistrate invested with civil and military authority. Come to understand the significance of who you are and separate yourselves from foreign influence.
