African men, you must not enforce any laws outside your God and King, Emperor Haile Selassie I. It is a serious violation to undermine the laws of God having dangerous consequences. You must not alter the laws of God or replace them with any other. You must not give shape or support any other form of government. Neither shall you subject yourselves unto their rule nor perform services for them: For Emperor Haile Selassie I is your King by hereditary right to whom services and obedience is due. He is the embodiment of the divine eternal spirit of the Creator, Judge, Righteous Sovereign, and our Redeemer. For our God commands exclusive loyalty unto His laws and will not share His position with any persons or legislation's. Therefore, we are under the authority of foreign governments because of our adherence to foreign policy. Now know and understand Israel that your God has made evident through His laws showing you plainly how to remove yourselves from the control of other governments. Set yourselves apart for the services of your King and enforce His laws. You must not mimic the systems of foreign nations. Neither should you impose taxes or oppress with great labor. End the unjust cruel burden and hardship of our people by preventing other nations from profiting off of our land, resources, and labor. You are not liable for the maintenance of other nations.  It is of graven importance that you stop furnishing them with our means of support and provide our people with their subsistence to sustain their lives. Our King, Emperor Haile Selassie I is the supreme Commander of our nation. He has sole jurisdiction to issue commands. Our nation belongs to His Imperial Majesty by right, law, nature, and custom. Conform with the facts and attend to the administration of our God and carry out His Commandments. Exercise your rights and enforce the laws of our God and King without foreign interference. Demonstrate unquestionable belief in your God and rely on His Constitution to shield us from foreign control. Take full authority over our nation and stop giving ownership of our land to foreign governments. They do not have any rights to own stock in our land or preside over our possessions.  Stop entrusting them to transact business dealings for our nation. Neither shall they make laws or pass bills or be entrusted with any official duties or services. African men, you must stop embracing their ideas and allowing their principles from stripping away our Sovereignty. Being under foreign influence removes your legal power and rights to command subjecting you unto any inferior position to be place under the guidance of other nations. Enacting foreign laws display your belief in their principles and manner of governing. The systems in which they practice are based on deceit and war by which they gain control over land and resources, while at the same time proclaiming their innocence. Recognize the truth and enforce the laws of your King, Emperor Haile Selassie I to whom is preparing you to obtain your Independence. His laws is the establishment of your Sovereign Authority. His entire body of rules protect your rights and property. The laws of our God express His will for our nation and looks only to your true prosperity. The principles of our LORD are moral and deserve to be reverence and respected. Promote the welfare of our nation and stop contributing to the prosperity of other governments. Render obedience unto your God and administer His laws to obtain the power to overturn foreign policy.
