Commandment Two
Exodus 20:4-6 reads, "Thou shall not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth."

"Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me;
​
And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love Me, and keep My Commandments."
COMMANDMENT TWO COMMENTARY
DESCRIPTIVE EXPLANATION OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES
African men, it is not your responsibility to strengthen any government outside the Monarchy of our King, Emperor Haile Selassie I.

It is not your duty to assure the progression or prosperity of, agree with, or feel incline to submit yourselves to any foreign political establishment in our land or abroad.

God did not give you any charge to perform any services for foreign governments. Your cooperation with them places you in direct conflict with your King.
You must stop upholding foreign policies. It is unlawful for foreign customs to preside over our land. Complying with their demands interfere with God's administration of Justice.
For the LORD your God is intolerant towards the obstruction of His laws. He moved vengeful against our fathers and dismiss their power for the violation of His Laws, and punish the descendants unto the last generation of them that disregarded His commands.
The Lord has made evident His plan to remove you from the control of foreign nations that you may have the authority to administrate His Laws.
African men, it is your duty to protect our nation. Furnishing foreign governments with military post in our land has exposed us to attack. Fortifying their system of defense in our land has also allow them to besiege and conquer our country. Permitting foreign armies to secure their fortress in our land reinforce their governments and allow them to continue to exert their power against us, which forces us to adhere to their policies.
It is your responsibility to prevent this type of development from happening in our land which has caused great misfortune and continues to threaten our safety and security.
Restrict all access to foreign nations set up your own system of defense and constitute the laws of our King, Emperor Haile Selassie I to abolish foreign policies and overcome foreign governments.
