African men,, there should not be any other political organization, or system  of faith and worship in my place. To no degree should you obstruct my laws and form your own system of government, neither should you constitute you own principles, or follow after other nations and conform to their principles. Do not surrender unto their commands, or fear them, or perform any official duties for them. For I am the sole Ruler of the Universe and I will not compete with any reins  of government for power, or accept any other administration of affairs. I removed Judah from my presences and scattered  Israel for opposing my authority. Dedicate yourselves unto my services for I have chosen you for the holy use of my laws. You are bound by law to reject all constitutions, rules, and principles by which other nations are governed. Remove yourselves from their system of politics. It is the practice of diplomacy to make you adhere to their customs. I will not tolerate any other system of rules. For I, Emperor Haile Selassie I, am your LORD, and your devotion belongs unto me. Never should you block or hinder the passage of my laws by arranging your own method to exercise authority over our affairs. Neither shall you set up your own laws to serve as a basis for your ruling, or adopt the practices of other governments and act in accordance to their rules and customs. Do not put your lives into the hands of other nations to give them authority to exercise control over you. You must not honor their principles or show any regards towards their laws. It is not your responsibility to carry out their commands. I am the one and only Sovereign of Heaven and Earth. There is no other Commander besides me. In no manner will I accept any form of rivalry against my authority. I will put an end to all nations who strive against you and sought to obtain my crown, kingdom, and power. I will return the descendants of Judah from Europe, American, and Caribbeans, and all Israel from the possession of foreign nations. I will avenge your enemies for all the evil they have done. Stop seeking justice through their political systems, and turn your attention entirely unto my commandments to be in conformity with the laws and customs of our nation. You are my nation. Separate yourselves from their services and establish my constitution to gain control over foreign governments. Overthrow their governments by erecting my laws. For I am King of Kings and Lord of Lords, master over all. Under no condition should you obstruct, interrupt the progression of, or interfere with the passing of my divine commandments. Neither should you form secret organizations or chapters of any kind to obtain power over my nation. Nor invest yourselves with civil or military authority to rule by your own method. You must never observe the laws of other nations and invest them with the privilege to manage you. Do not comply with any of their orders and set yourselves up against your Independence. Dismantle their laws which is the most important part of their foundation that supports their ruling. Take back your land and dispose their power. You do not owe them allegiance. Stop obligating yourselves to be loyal unto their governments. For, I alone possess dominion over you. I am the chief magistrate of your nation, and the supreme ruler over all creation. I will destroy all who fight against my laws and violate my people.  No longer will Israel remain under the control of other nations. I will uproot them out of my land and restore unto you your Monarchy.
